Individual attorneys at CarnesWarwick are admitted to practice in various states with additional experience through pro hac vice admission in multiple states. Offering trial level support in areas of case theory and development, client management, drafting, research, discovery management, and court appearances, we have attorneys to assist in some or all aspects of the litigation process pursuant to any applicable state practice requirements. We have handled cases with requested damages exceeding $10M and requiring various expert analysis and testimony. Our appellate practice has taken matters before the NC Supreme Court of Appeals and we offer assistance with appellate record preparation, briefing, and oral arguments.
